Timeline

 .....

•PHASE 1 (January-February):  Recruit International Fire-Starters
•Find  30 people from each major region of the world to join our organizing committee, focused on strategizing and laying the groundwork to roll out the project using innovative and creative approaches.
.....
•PHASE 2 (March – June): Gather Kindling
•Get people from every country to pledge their personal and professional networks (referred to as Kindling) to help build a meta-network to link communities around the globe.  Use Kindling, and creative global media campaigns, to invite volunteer Sparks to ask four questions in every country of the world.
.....
•PHASE 3 (July-August): SPARKS LIGHT UP!
•Sparks learn how to facilitate and capture key insights on four questions and then initiate conversations with people in their community.  Conversations foster ideas for how to create a better world, innovative projects and indivdiual commitments to change.  Support is provided to maintain commitments over time.
.....
•PHASE 4 (September-November): Flames Ignite.
•Teams of researchers, scientists, artists & activists from every major region identify the "Sweet Spot" - the place where all of our visions for a better world overlap. Artists around the world  then translate the Sweet Spot into all types of art and music. Creativity will serve as flames of inspiration to reach people's hearts.
.....
•PHASE 5 (*Dec  20, 2012*):  Creativity Explodes.
•Art and music, commitments to change, and innovative projects will be featured and shared with the world on a day when everyone is talking about the possibility of a global shift in thinking.
